put this in the head of your page in the style section:

i would be careful altering anything but the colors and the image,
the alignment is kind of scuffed

replace "IMAGEHERE" with the link to an image of your choice!
it can be as big as you want but make sure the ratio is 1x1 or it could be stretched

where you put it and how you customize it is up to you,
as long as it's visible and links to the site and other members.
why?: you have to add the widget before applying so I don't have to worry
about having members on the list who don't have the widget anywhere on their site.
